1. Applicability
These terms apply to the use of the Fynqo platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Fynqo provides a multi-portal platform for individuals, professionals and organisations in the social domain. Fynqo is a tool and does not replace professional advice (legal, financial, medical).
3. Account and access
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report misuse immediately via security@fynqo.app. Fynqo reserves the right to block accounts in case of violation of these terms.
4. Use
You may not use Fynqo for illegal purposes, misuse of the system, or harming other users. Automated data collection (scraping) without permission is prohibited.
5. Liability
Fynqo is not liable for damage resulting from use of the platform, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount you paid to Fynqo in the past 12 months.
6. Changes
Fynqo reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
