Who are we?
Fynqo is a multi-portal platform for individuals, professionals and organisations in the social domain. Fynqo is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and based in the Netherlands. privacy@fynqo.app.
What personal data do we process?
Depending on the portal you use, we may process: name, email address, financial data (optional via bank link), document content and communication data. We only process data necessary for the service.
Legal basis and purpose
We process your data on the basis of: (a) performance of the contract, (b) consent (bank link, sharing with professionals), (c) legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security).
Retention periods
Account data is kept as long as your account is active + 1 year after termination. Financial transaction data up to 7 years. Documents 2 years after upload, unless deleted earlier.
Third parties and sub-processors
We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. Sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR requirements. List available on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Use the GDPR export in your settings or email privacy@fynqo.app. We respond within 30 days.
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Hosting exclusively in the Netherlands (EU). Audit log per organisation. No US cloud for personal data.
