One workroom, every role.
Fynqo is a Dutch multi-portal platform with 25 workrooms for individuals, freelancers, professionals (budget coach, court-appointed administrator, debt counselling, mental health) and organizations (municipalities, housing corporations, food banks, churches, NGOs). One account, NL-hosted, GDPR-by-design.
A grip on your affairs, whatever your role.
In the Netherlands, an estimated 1.4 million households have payment arrears (source: Nibud, 2024). It often starts with an incomprehensible letter — and people stay stuck in it because the help is fragmented.
Fynqo brings client, coach, court-appointed administrator, debt counsellor and municipality into the same workroom. Each with their own view, shared by explicit consent, with AI as an explanation layer — not as a decision-maker.
Our goal is not an app you must open daily, but a workroom you go to when something happens — and that you can stay in when it is quiet.
What we find important.
Privacy by default
Explicit consent per item. Data shared only when you choose, revocable at any time.
GDPR-by-design
NL-hosted, EU-only. No US cloud and no US AI for client data. No ISO/NEN certification yet — but the foundation is in place.
Human design
No jargon, no judgement. Designed for people in the social domain.
Collaboration
Client and professional in the same workroom. Per-item consent, warm handover.
One workroom, not 8 apps
Different roles, one account, the same data.
Accessible
From youth to court-appointed administrator. The same platform, a workroom per role.
From idea to multi-portal.
Start
Fynqo starts as an idea: one workroom for the social and financial domain.
First portals
Consumer, freelancer, coach and court-appointed administrator workrooms go live. First municipality conversations.
Multi-portal
25 workrooms in production. AI coach + audit log + public API + mobile app (beta).
Deepen + widen
ISO 27001 / NEN 7510 trajectory, white-label for partners, employer portal, expansion to Flanders.
